"I booked a twin bed dorm for a bit more money, Expedia transferred half of what I paid to a&o and booked a 6 bed shared dorm. a&o did nothing to accommodate me,(They saw my receipt and saw the mistake Expedia made) because according to them they can't change the booking because it was booked by Expedia and Expedia also did nothing to help and did not send me the difference I paid either. I checked in, went up to the room and checked out same day. I did not stay there and had to arrange my own...
