"The website says parking available; failed to mention it's only valet @ $45 a night.. plus for valet, u need a $250 refundable deposit. As for the room!! The bathroom exhaust vent didn't work, the tub was very dirty, only 2 towels for registered family of 6.. Wall between kitchen sink and fridge was splattered with food. The AC's didn't work properly. There was no bedding in the room for the sofa bed, I called down for it; they told me to come get it myself!! The positive.. hotel was very clean, the check-in staff was very polite. The valet staff made the parking process easy plus he was very friendly only suggestion is- have 2 valet staff on because he was very busy!! The breakfast was delicious 😋, stocked up w/everything and the staff was VERY FRIENDLY 😁"

"We stayed at this particular location because we had concert tickets to The Mann CENTER. We valet our car. The only disappointment was that by the time we returned from the concert, the valet was already off duty, and my husband had to park the car quite a bit away from the property. I would advise that the valet allow customers to know the timeframe that they work. "
