"We had a lovely stay in the Villa, it was mostly as described (except I explicitly asked if there were three double beds and assured there were, there wasn’t, there are two double beds). It had a few extras like foosball and ping pong tables plus balls for the pool. The facilities were great and the host was really lovely. "Central to many exciting day trips. Beautiful back yard garden to relax in. The rental has everything you could ever need. Luca was a saint helping us navigate delayed trains. Recommend!!"

"Very good communication before and during stay. The owner met us at the property on arrival and delivered a very concise brief of the property and surrounding area. He also came in most days to service the swimming pool etc. The property is ideally located, only a 20 minute drive into Naples. Would deffinately recommend it to friends etc."

"This property could be exceptional, but it's not. The view is amazing. The home was clean but most of the external doors did not open. The outside gardens were a complete mess and all over grown. The pool was dirty and green. The stove had no ignitors and we had to buy a lighter. The kitchen is minute for 13 people. There was no soap in all the bathrooms. "The host and the villa were wonderful. Follow his advice on where to go and where to eat. Moos Si restaurant was a good recommendation. Beach is close and very nice. The village is kind of sketchy - I wouldn't walk around at night alone."

"The villa was great especially the pool area which we all enjoyed immensely. Unfortunately the area outside the gated area is dire. Little or no local amenities and the street was dirty and most buildings were abandoned. The blurb for the property was changed recently to state that a car was needed and had i seen that I wouldn't of booked as none of our party wanted to drive. Beach was good and the staff at local Lido were great. Again villa fab but location awful. Such a shame!"

"It’s not often that I’m left lost for words; however I genuinely struggled for the first hour or so of being at the property due to being totally overwhelmed by how lovely it is! From the furniture and fittings, to the pool, to the little extras such as the welcome food and wine package and complimentary toiletries, the owners have thought about every detail and the property is stunning. Set in a very quiet location, the main noise you’ll hear is that of the crickets in the trees and grasses...

"gîte situé en banlieue relativement calme ; neuf, propre et bien agencé sauf la cuisine qui pourrait être un peu mieux équipée ; néanmoins, si vous vous déplacez avec les transports en commun, la station de train proche est très peu desservie ! il vaut mieux utiliser la station san giorgio. Et si vous restez en ville un peu tard le soir, plus de train après 21h. Donc louez une voiture ou taxi à prévoir au budjet !"
