"Where to begin....it’s an apartment and not at all as described. We arrived on Sunday to no staff. We literally wandered the building until someone took pity and helped us. Exhausted we napped only to have the owner banging on the door (not using the buzzer system) loudly and aggressively demanding the tax money of 15 euros. "This boutique family run hotel is in an ideal spot overlooking the pretty harbour of Bacoli. The hotel is recently renovated and is to a high standard. We had a room with a terrace, small kitchenette and bathroom with a fabulous large shower. The owners made us feel very welcome and helped arrange taxis . "予約を入れたのにオーナーからは予約が入ってないと言われ、Hotels.comから連絡を入れもらい、宿泊する事は出来ましたがクィーンベットのはずがシングルベットでしたし朝食ありプランですが隣のオーナー部屋でコーヒーのみでした。朝食の時間も8時と約束してましたが8時半過ぎまで待ちオーナーに連絡を入れると寝起きで隣の部屋に来いとのずさんな対応。このB&Bはオーナー在宅ではありませんので注意してください。"

"We had to ring owner to get into apartment even though it stated that reception was from 6pm to 10.30 pm. There was no balcony in the apartment but yet it stated on website that there was. The apartment was nice and cosy but as I said the misinformation on the website was disappointing."
