This large townhome provides 1,596 square feet of living space across two levels and is suitable for pets! It features two living room areas, a private deck, a private patio with an outdoor hot tub, and has high ceilings with ceiling fans, giving it the feel of an authentic log cabin. The spacious layout includes the living, dining, and kitchen areas.
The kitchen is outfitted with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and robust wooden cabinets, along with extra seating at the breakfast bar.
Adjacent to the kitchen, the main dining area features a large table and comfortable chairs, allowing diners to enjoy the mountain view during meals, as well as providing easy access to the private deck equipped with a BBQ grill and deck furniture for appreciating the sunsets over the Rocky Mountains. The living room is furnished with ample comfortable seating, perfect for relaxing while watching the flat-screen TV and enjoying the warmth of the gas fireplace.
The main level includes a luxurious primary suite that boasts a King bed, a flat-screen TV, and a spacious bathroom that features dual vanities and a walk-in tiled shower.
On the lower level, there is an additional living area that includes a gas fireplace, a wide array of games, books, and entertainment options for the entire family. Access to the private outdoor hot tub is conveniently available from this room through the private patio.
The lower level bedrooms consist of one with a queen bed and an en-suite bathroom, as well as a children's room that includes a private bathroom and a custom-built bunk bed. This unit can accommodate a total of 10 guests.

Parking: There is parking for 2 vehicles in the garage. There is parking for 1 car in front of the garage only. Please note no parking is allowed on the streets.
