This remodeled condo offers a great option for lodging in Fraser with a large living room completely furnished with comfortable sofa and recliner that surround the gas fireplace, TV and has a queen sofa sleeper for 2 people. There is also free Wi-Fi access. The private balcony is accessible from the living room and offers a view of the Winter Park Ski Resort.
In the dining area adjacent to the living room, seating for 6 persons at the small table and 4 spots at the breakfast bar.
A fully equipped kitchen has hardwood flooring, new appliances, countertops and cabinets. All cooking and eating utensils are provided.
The overall square footage of the unit is 886 and has 2 bedroom and bathrooms and is on the second floor of the building. Second bathroom is in the common hallway. Queen bed is in the master bedroom which also offers an en-suite bathroom and flat screen TV. Two bunk beds are in the second bedroom.
No air conditioning.
The Meadow Ridge complex is 2 miles from the main downtown area of Winter Park and the free town shuttle provides transportation to the property.
Club Meadow Ridge clubhouse offers an outdoor heated pool, over-sized hot tubs, work out facility, steam room, racquetball courts, locker room, coin operated laundry, wireless internet access. During the summer months, there are several tennis courts to enjoy. If you have the need for a small gathering or meeting, the clubhouse has meeting room space for rent.
Clubhouse amenities: Due to regulations set in place by the local health department, local government or HOA policies, not all facilities at properties may be available for guest use. There may also be times when clubhouse facilities are closed due to maintenance services. Please refer to your specific vacation rental information. All clubhouse amenities are provided to guests complimentary and therefore there will be NO refunds when these facilities are closed or unavailable during a guest's stay.
NO SMOKING AND NO PETS ALLOWED. Homeowner Association rules do not permit guests to bring pets. These rules are strictly enforced. Guests will be fined $200 per day if they smoke or bring a pet on the property.
