Great unit with garage, conveniently located in Fraser

This unit is brand new, with excellent furnishings and a garage. We had a great stay here, and appreciated the location being close to groceries and local restaurants, as well as being a short, 10 minute drive to Winter Park. The kitchen is also very well stocked with ample pots, pans, and utensils, as well as nearly anything else you could imagine in your home kitchen.

Nice place, poor service.

snow wasn't cleared from drive and walks for several days, and I fell on ice. Nice place, but beds were pretty cheap and uncomfortable. Got locked out one day. All in all, pretty disappointing service from Vacasa. Would much rather have rented from a place managed by a local company or by owner.
