"This place is exactly what you'd want for a large group. There were 10 of us and we felt like there was plenty of room watching tv, eating dinner, hanging outside, or going to sleep. The check in process was a breeze talking with Charlotte, answered calls quickly, got back to us quickly if we left a message and was accommodating when we wanted to adjust check-in time and our date. This place is close to the main drag but also nestled into the forest so the environment is very quiet. In addition, there are nice hiking trails close by or you can walk around the neighborhood. Would definitely come back here again. Thanks for the great spot!"

"Great for family to gather all together for a reunion and post wedding celebration ! Kids had a blast and wanted to stay longer !We had all we needed at this property and the outdoor spaces were terrific.The cons: Some plumbing repairs/renovations needed, clogged drains."

"Beautiful place. Located on a safe area. House was well-equipped, feels like home away from home especially if you’re cooking for a big group. There was a little mistype on the number of rooms at first, but it got fixed and clarified."

"The house was perfect. We had 9 adults( 4 couples, 1 single) and 3 children--5, 3, 2. We brought a packnplay but the house had at least 2,highchairs and kid dishes. Plenty of room in great room for everyone. There was also a downstairs living area. We were able to fit everyone at kitchen tables for meals. Kitchen had all the necessities we needed . The outdoor grill and fire pit were easy to use. Great location, easy access to Winter Park, Grand Lake . We never turned on TV, so unaware of what was offered. House location was in a pretty area to take walks. All the beds were queen, 5 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms. I had messaged host w/ a question prior to our stay, he answered quickly and also checked on us after arrival. Easy check out process. Our stay was 7/25/26-8/1/26. The house does not have air conditioning, it did get a little warm in late afternoon but there were fans and it cooled off nicely at night. Everyone in our group agreed this was a perfect place, would definitely rent this house again."
