This is a small fabulous hotel close to Ciampino airport. For our last night l, I wanted one more taste of Italy - this is a winner. The hotel is exposed beams, charming details and genuine Italian people. The restaurant next door was the surprise, incredible food and an old wine cellar converted to a fabulous taverna. Wine by the pitcher and portions that are large by American measures. It was an incredible last evening in Italy.

Villa Abbamer is like a little museum with interesting art and objects around every corner. We would have liked to explore more, but our stay was brief. Very comfortable and quiet room. Friendly and helpful staff. We enjoyed our stay.

This is my second stay, my first was 11 years ago. The hotel has deteriorated in the past decade with no obvious signs of refurbishment. I love the property. It is so beautiful! I haven't seen a bad room yet and even when we stayed in a separate building, we had a beautiful view. I enjoyed my stay but there were a few issues. The staff is spread too thin. What a great surprise! We were looking for a hotel in Rome for our stay in Italy and couldn’t find something we liked that would be in our budget. We came across this hotel and read in one of the reviews that it is half an hour by train from Rome. We decided to take it. What a great choice! The hotel is just what we wanted; an authentic feel, a welcoming crew and beautiful view of Rome. The train ride (given no strike happening) is short and about 2 euros each way. Really modern hotel, great bar and restaurant. Large spacious rooms, tastefully furnished. Friendly helpful staff, easy commute to Rome (30 mins to Roma Termini). We looked at staying in Rome, but the hotels there did not have any available parking, and I was driving a rental car. Also based on the pictures on websites the hotels in Rome seem to be old, poorly maintained and they charge premium dollars based on location only. Great hotel with fantastic views and a great staff. Walking distance to many restaurants and cool sites.

The property and location are exquisite. Our room was comfortable, all staff were kind and helpful, and we felt very welcomed. The breakfasts were delicious with an extensive spread of food and beverages. The pool was lovely. The villa is beautiful and we really enjoyed exploring it.

Very nice big property quiet and safe. Wonderful and accommodating staff. Needs a bit of renovating as its a bit run down but must have been a beautiful place in its prime. Ample parking on the property. Good location if you have a car, between Frascati and Grottaferrata. Air conditioning could have been better. But would definitely come back.

Hotel Artemide is centered in a convenient location. We were able to walk, to & from the train station, The Trevi Fountain & The Pantheon. The staff is very accommodating. This place was so great to stay at. I felt safe and taken care of. It was such a luxury place to stay at. The train station was less than a 10 minute walk and the other places were just a short taxi ride away

Riiiight in the thick of it but even our room on the 2nd floor was very quiet. Great service and staff was very friendly!
