Our biggest hurdle was that on our second day there the sewage or plumbing backed up causing the entire back half of the house to smell of urine and feces. The toilets themselves were not plugged. Unfortunately this resulted in most of our guests leaving as the smell was unbearable. "

"A perfect condo to stay at; close to Holiday Valley and Ellicottville. Only two of us stayed in the condo, but it was very spacious and could easily accommodate more. I loved that it was so close to town, and we loved walking into town each day. (although may not be as easy in the middle of winter) The condo is spacious and it appeared to have brand new furniture. "I would highly recommend this property, the description is true, the location is convenient, and the unit was extremely clean! We did not need to contact the host so I cannot comment on communication. However, I can comment that the Vrbo app did not work properly and I couldn’t find, my rental information on the app. But that’s VRBO, I have had issues with VRBO in the past and I’m not a fan of it. But this property in this host was amazing!"
