"We loved our stay here, especially the short walk down to the water and playground! We had a small hiccup at the beginning because the driveway was being redone but Diana was in contact with us about it and made arrangements for us to park elsewhere for the first night. Her communication was excellent! Beautiful home and location. The beds were so comfortable and the big dining room table was perfect for family games at night."

"This property was in a central location to lots of places. I did think there was going to be a larger beach that you could go to within the community, however it was a very enjoyable stay. The hostess was sweet and the house is adorable."

"Our stay at Chesapeake Paradise was wonderful! The cottage is cozy and welcoming, and the views are absolutely beautiful. We enjoyed our morning and evenings taking in the scenery at the cottage.Shawn and her team are amazing! They are quick to respond to any concerns or questions, and went above and beyond to make us feel at home. Shawn even goes the extra mile to personally greet you and get to know you. She and her team provided us with great tips about local restaurants, shopping areas, and parks. And their guest guides are a great resource!Thank you for everything. We hope to come back soon!"

"Beautiful home and view! We had a lovely time and will certainly be back to enjoy a respite from city life. Be forewarned- you will leave wanting to book a trip to Norway straight away after seeing all the lovely pictures and Nordic touches. Robert was a very accommodating host and our only regret was that we didn’t stay for longer."

"Beautiful home -- pictures don't do it justice. Plenty of room for a large family gathering, great location with access to both Deale and Chesapeake Beach and we all loved the pool and hot tub. Would highly recommend and stay again. So much more convenient to DC than the Eastern Shore."

"I had the nice stay at this property! The location cannot be beat—you are quite literally steps from the water. The house itself was immaculate, spacious, and beautifully decorated with a cozy, coastal vibe. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything I needed to cook a meal, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The host was also fantastic—super responsive, helpful, and provided a great list of local recommendations.If you're looking for a relaxing getaway where the water is the main event, this is it.-GM"

"We stayed here while my son went to summer camp at USNA and enjoyed the peaceful neighborhood. A couple hiccups occurred at the beginning of the trip but Charles was very open to resolving them with open and timely communication. The kids LOVED having the bikes to ride around the neighborhood and the beach is quiet with a lot of rocks for the kids to play on. The park area for the neighborhood has the most beautiful sunrises. We went into DC some to see the sites and it made for an easy drive to the metro station to get into the city. It was so nice to be able to come back to a peaceful cottage after a day in the city. The house is stocked with anything you would need in the kitchen to make for a comfortable stay. Would stay again if the opportunity arises!"
