"Location, location, location. If you're attending the Laconia Motorcycle Rally, Weirs Beach Motel and Cottages is great. Easy walk to restaurants, bars, rally events, etc. Easy check-in and check-out. Room was very clean and Carrie tries to accommodate everyone's wishes. This is our second time staying here and we'll be back again."

I literally walked to most places from my hotel room. Its location is also perfect for use as a staging area for visiting other locations nearby. "My boyfriend & I stayed at the Pemi Shore Cottages for 2 nights and it was exactly what we was looking for. Privacy in a wooded area with a quick walk to a beach? What more can we ask for :).
