Property was undergoing some needed updates so some amenities were unavailable but not a factor for us as we were just spending a quick night while traveling. Staff was very friendly. There are not many choices in the immediate area but we chose this based on some good breakfast reviews but we found the breakfast to be well below average.

Room clean, breakfast was good, staff was super friendly and kind. The hotel is being renovated but that didn't impact our stay. We stayed at the start of deer season so there was lots of early morning activity, so FYI for seasonal travelers. The beds are very firm and pillows small, so be aware! We would stay again.

Room was clean, staff courteous, currently under remodel, AC/ Heat worked well. Breakfast was okay, toiletries were limited. Train track is just across the road and we had noise throughout the night. With this being said, the price was right and we would stay again.

Overall, the Franklin Inn was alright for a stay in the Franklin, TX area. I was a little disappointed by the amenities (ie the breakfast and design of the room). Maybe they are going through a construction process but the walls seemed a bit dated and the fan in my bathroom didn’t work. However, the hotel staff was extremely kind and helpful!
