Farmstay in Franklin County

"My over all of this home was very lovely. Very close to town but far away where you don't hear your neighbors besides the hens that live in the backyard even then you sometimes forget there are animals on the property. The property owners are Amazing even though I never got to meet them. They will give you a heads up if they need to do feeding with the animals. If you need something they are fast to respond."

"The setting is gorgeous, out of the way, peaceful and secluded. The farmhouse is reminiscent of an old-fashioned country living. The 3 bedrooms are generous in size and filled with light. There are 2 living areas that are fine but a decorative touch could make them even better. A wonderful time was had by all and our host, Keith could not have been more gracious and responsive to our questions."

"This house was a homerun. It was so clean and up to date; the small touches like the chargers in every room, and the kid friendly play area made staying in the house a joy. The back porch was basically our oasis for morning coffee, toddlers naptime reading and late night relaxing. The beds were very comfortable and the crib was in a room with blackout curtains, which made putting a feral 2yo to bed a cinch. They also had a training potty, and a high chair, which tells me this owner really enjoys...

"Weekend reunion with my family. The property was very nice. Rooms spacious and clean. The only negative thing I would say is the listing should state accommodations for 6 adults and 2 children or get a larger bed. One of the bedrooms the bed was very short and not a full size. Our shortest sister ended up with that room; however, her 6’2” husband ended up on the couch. Other than that we had a great reunion."
