Komplett inakzeptabel

Obwohl bereits vor Monaten gebucht und bezahlt, wurde mir bei meiner Ankunft mitgeteilt, dass Hotel sei kein Hotel mehr sondern mittlerweile zur Asylbewerberunterkunft umfunktioniert. Zu mehr taugt es auch nicht, da ich in keinster Weise nachvollziehen kann, wie solch eine Bruchbude im Internet eine 3-4 Sterne Kategorie ausweisen kann, trotzdem aber 200,--€/Nacht verlangt. Aber wie gesagt das allerbeste: nachdem ich 4.000 km zur Messe angereist bin, steht mein Zimmer nicht mehr zur Verfügung und nach Stunden komme ich dann endlich in einem Hotel 10 km ausserhalb der Messe unter. Auf Nachrage wurde mir bestätigt, dass ich im Falle Fair-Hotel Speyerer Strasse kein einzelfall bin. Ich werde versuchen, mit Hilfe von expedia diesen Betrügern das Handwerk zu legen.

Gute Lage, konnten jedoch Leider erst nach 1,5 Std. unsere Buchungsunterlagen finden. Rezeption war nicht wie erwartet 24 h besetzt, Zimmer wurde erst 5 min vor unserer Ankunft gereinigt, war dennoch nicht sauber und wir mussten wegen der Reinigung des zimmers noch warten.

Dreckig, "abgewetzt", desolater Zustand

Als Aufenthalt kann man das leider nicht bezeichnen. Selbst der geringe Preis stand in keinem Verhältnis zu den absolut miserablen Zuständen in diesem Haus. Auch bei einer günstigen Übernachtungsmöglichkeit muss ich davon ausgehen, dass wenigstens die hygienischen Bedingungen eingehalten werden. Es war dreckig, Flecken vom letzten Wasserschaden an der Zimmerdecke und bei dem Duschkopf musste man Angst haben sich darunter zu stellen.

Durschnittskost für billig

Habe ein Nichtraucherzimmer bestellt und fand den Rauch der anderen Gäste, der vom Flug durch einen großen Spalt unter der Tür ins Zimmer zog, äußerst unangenehm.

Wir brauchten ein Übernachtungsmöglichkeit vor unserem Flug nach Mexiko. Das Zimmer war spartanisch eingerichtet, aber sauber. Für eine Nacht ausreichend.

Da es eine Geschäftsreise war und ich ein günstiges Zimmer gesucht habe war es ok. Bad ordentlich ausgestattet, lediglich die Zahnputzbecher enthielten noch Reste des Vorgängers. Bei Sauberkeit und Zustand sollte man nicht so genau hinsehen ;-(

Nie wieder dieses Hotel

Beim Einchecken wurden wir zunächst ignoriert. Als wir endlich die Aufmerksamkeit des unfreunlichen und nicht der deutschen Sprache mächigen Mitarbeiters am Empfang erhielten, wurde uns wortlos eine Reservierung mit falscher Adresse vorgelegt. Das Zimmer war alt und unsauber. Die Toilette im Bad war dreckig und defekt, die Dusche war verkalkt.

Overpriced hotel for what it offers

Mediocre. Minimum amenities. Staff speaks no known language except Russian. Its only merit is being within walking distance to the fair . I will never recommend it, nor return there.

L’hôtel est en train d’être rénové; donc c'est un peu la loterie : vous pouvez avoir une chambre refaite, ou ancienne et moins agréable. Calme et assez proche de la gare, du nouveau centre commercial Skyline Plaza, et de Messe.

フェアホテル

フェアホテルは他にもたくさんあってどこのフェアホテルかわからなかった。地図でみるより案外遠かった。ホテルの近くにマーケットがあり役にたった。ホテルは改装中だったため朝からうるさかったものの、広い部屋で、いい時間を過ごせました。

Zur Messezeit MAplos überteuert

Ein zur Messezeit gut gelegenes, jedoch verlodertes Etwas, welches seine besten Zeiten schon lange gesehen hat. Dieses optische Desaster wird weder durch Service noch durch die nötige Sauberkeit aufgefangen, sondern untermauert das Gesamtbild.
