"Hotel itself was great. Room was clean. Location cant be beat. Staff were very friendly. The only reason i rated it less than perfect had NOTHING to do with the hotel. Cannot stress enough—-the hotel was terrific! Heads up to travelers. The town of Portosin is nearly dead in the off season. The town (and many others in the area such as Porto Do Son) need to figure year-round activities to encourage ongoing tourism. "Hotel was in good location but Check in and customer service was so poor, The girl who let me in and check in was rude.After I checked out I remember I left my power bank in the room. I got back to the hotel and they told me same girl cleaned the room didn’t find any power bank in my room. Probably someone steal it .Other guy told me he will let me know if they found it but I don’t have any trust.I don’t recommend this hotel unfortunately so poor and so unprofessional. Most of all NOT SAFE!"
