"Our experience at the hotel was fantastic. We were welcomed by Andrea at reception on the Friday who checked us in and gave us the information required. We went to the swimming pool in the evening and they gave you complimentary towels and to our surprise there was a sauna and steam room too, this was not listed on the hotel.com site so that was a bonus. Breakfast in the morning, we were always greeted by Josh who always accommodated our dietary need by bringing out veggie sausages, and we had a lovely time talking to him, always happy to see you. The hotel guests were polite and friendly and had plenty of conversations. I will be going back there, the staff were great and that made it an enjoyable stay. One thing i did notice was that the air con was not working in the room, it just blew out air, i forgot to mention it to reception."

"Lovely location on the lake. Ideal for evening and morning walks around the lakes before or after a day visiting the beautiful Cotswold villages. "

"I like the spacious room and bathroom. There is a bath tub if you want to soak and relax. The parking space is big. The check in and out facility is quick. And if you’re not used to the modern tech there is always someone to help you. There is a pub and restaurant on the ground floor level plus a Starbucks cafe. As soon as you go in your room there is electricity. You don’t need to use your key card all the time when you are in your room to turn on the light or other electric equipment. And the TV has got many channels that we normally watch. The staff are polite and smiling. "
