"No refrigerator or microwave in room. Beds , box springs, squeaky and terrible shape. Balcony overlook, weak. Tall standing trees blocking view. The breakfast that everyone raved about, weak.. no bacon. I would not recommend this place."

"Convenient location to Cumberland Gap National Park. Was a quiet hotel. Our room looked out to a section of the hillside. Restaurants within walking distance and Walmart was across the street."

Ended up with a double queen room but didn't question it because it was a long day and needed rest. About 9PM the guy came and told us he gave us the wrong room! Was afraid he might make us have to change room but he didn't. He had to go back down and fix it on his computer. "
