I needed a refrigerator for my medication and the receptionist herself carried one up to my room. They gave us a lively room with a wrap...

"I booked a triple room with one double bed + one twin bed and when we arrived the hotel gave us a room with one bed only. All the hotels in the city were sold out and I had to book the second room in another city st 35 kiñometers. The hotel did not help us to find the second room at all. They only said..... Sorry"
