"Staff was rude, carpet had stains, shower was dirty. Gross."

"Very Nice"

"The staff were very nice and accommodating! Rooms were clean and bed/pillows comfortable! Bathrooms could use some updating. A good value!"

"They ended up running out of the room we originally booked. The front staff was extremely helpful though and ended up giving us two seperate rooms and waving the cost. Our rooms were just doors away so it didn't add a hassle! Great staff and convienent location."

"Great location close to downtown, lakefront, and Third Ward. Valet parking was very helpful, and staff was friendly."

"Very Clean room, The food was s little pricy but delicious. Valet $50 per day , but can park right across the street for $32 (2) days. Breakfast is not included. Was given a complementary bottle of water. Lots of restaurants , shopping and close the lakefront attractions and Summerfest ( Brewers won the World Series !!) I would recommend"

"Breakfast was terrible. But the coffee was delicious"

"Great hotel and staff"

"El GYM hace mucho no le hacen aseo, estab muy sucio, no tenía toallas, ni vasos para el agua, no tienen colchonetas la luz nunca se prendio de los dias que fuí hacer mi workout. La pool estaba igual sin toallas, los vidrios hace mucho no los limpian tiene él agua pegada. Si le hace falta mucho mantenimiento, los pasillos tienen un poco de aroma a humedad."

"Staff and amenities are always the highlight of staying. A favorite of ours whether it’s for an overnight or weekend away. Truly unique"
