"The bungalow was clean and comfortable. Perfect for my family which included a baby and toddler. The property, although basic, had everything you need for a week away. It really was excellent value for money. The owner was amazingly helpful and communicated with us quickly. We loved having the surrounding garden and off street parking. This was our second visit and we will certainly be returning. Thank you."

"A beautiful little cottage, which was really well equipped, we had everything we could need, especially as the weather wasn’t kind ! A lovely hamper to greet us with homemade DELICIOUS jam; and even treats for our dogs… Lesley and James are close by should you need anything & they even helped us out with a pot of sugar that we’d forgotten… Polperro is a MUST visit nearby, beautiful little fishing village with some lovely shops and restaurants…. Bodmin prison also worth a visit our friends...

"Lovely old cottage, loads of room, ideal for large family. The kitchen had the best range of utensils I have seen in a holiday let and we stay in quite a few. Lovely open fire in lounge which is very inviting in the winter. Very clean and excellent bedding and mattresses. Perfect position in Kingsands"

"Ian was very helpful given Vrbo platform comms was awful (App may be better). Had a lovely couple of days stay and excellent local dog walking and Beach a short walk too. Cottage was clean, comfortable and well appointed. Well positioned for local coastal adventuring. Would recommend arriving in day light as the car park is not lit and access for unloading everything was not that straightforward! Otherwise a great stay."

"Stayed in wheel lodge for a short 4 night stay in the Summer school holidays. Accommodation just right as a base for x 2 people and our dog. Good facilities and everything you needed for a short stay. Comfy and clean - there were a fair few well established cobwebs in the bedroom and flies, but this is to be expected in a working farm. "Wonderful location with great views exactly as described. Great cottage, very comfortable with everything provided that was needed. Lovely owners who welcomed us personally, provided a cream tea on arrival and then lit the fire pit for us to sit outside one evening. We would love to return! "

"Lovely property, convenient for Truro and very close to the lovely Heron pub. I had my 90 year old mother with me so the steps into the property were a bit of a challenge, particularly the step over the threshold. The stairs within the house were also steep, but she managed ok. Well equipped and tastefully decorated. "We genuinely cannot recommend this cottage enough. It is a beautiful property, with stunning gardens. The house was spotless and had everything you could need. It's much bigger in real life than it seems in the photos and felt very spacious for four of us. The hosts are very friendly, helpful and went out of their way to ensure we had a comfortable stay. "Great place for a family get together. Plenty of room to spread out. Hot tub and games room were well used. The house is bright, modern and comfortable. Some of the double bedrooms were smaller than expected but fine overall. Beds were very comfortable. It was useful to have extra living space in the annexe. The lounge there became a temporary home office. One downside-the dishwasher was not adequate for the number of people staying at full occupancy. We spent too much time at the kitchen sink....
