"Checked in for one night during our road trip. Check in was quick and easy and we were escorted to our room. The 1st thing we noticed was the goody bag left for our wee dog which included a towel, some treats and a tennis ball. This was a nice touch. The room was lovely and cozy, the bed was big and comfy. The shower was clean and their body wash had the most amazing scent. Breakfast was delicious and the bagpiper at 9am is an excellent touch for tourists from other countries. We would highly recommend anyone visiting the area to choose this hotel. You will not be disappointed"

"What a wonderful find! We loved staying here and used the hotel as home base while exploring the east and north coasts. Sharon is a wonderful host and the food was also excellent, loved the breakfasts AND our dinners. The little bar is cozy and welcoming, we even enjoyed a wood fire. "
