"Very comfortable country setting with no visible neighbors and beautiful views from tree shaded patio. Perfect for day trips to Mesa Verde, Telluride and Durango. But we also enjoyed a lot more locally than we expected including Sand River hiking area with cliff dwellings, Sutcliffe vineyards and others. Best of all, great yard for the dog!! "

"There were 5 hummingbirds that flew in 3 times a day. We had several visits by the mule deer and lizards. We heard lots of other animals. The scenery and surroundings mountains were spectacular. It was close to many interesting parks and towns to visit. The house especially the back porch was great. It was very well stocked. The driveway in wasn’t as rough as some described. Kimberly was quick to respond to questions. We would be very happy to stay there again. We would bring more mosquito repellent next time. "
"We visited the Mesa Verde National Park, drove many scenic drives in the area, rode the Durango to Silverton Railway, shopped with the many businesses in the area, and very much enjoyed our stay at Bears Den Studio. It was comfortable, clean, and had anything you might need. The bed is very comfortable. Michelle is very kind and helpful. She suggested scenic drives and was always quick in responding to questions via message. I love her decorum both inside and outside the home.
