"It's a very nice place. The location is awesome besides the very loud construction next door. There's a Whole Foods right down the street and some shops too. I really enjoyed the apartment itself. "When we arrived the room smelled like smoke and there was water on the floor from the AC unit. It took a few days to get the AC unit fixed. The smoke smell was there through out our stay even though we had the windows open. I am guessing this was a smoking room when it was a Hilton Hotel. Otherwise, great location and a good property."

"Stayed here towards the end of April with my two kids (5 and 7). It was located in a beautiful part of Gilbert and close to everything we needed. The property is fantastic, with a great yard, and an awesome fenced pool area. Located about 50 yards away from the home is a fun park area. The guest house had everything we needed, and the hosts were absolutely fantastic! I will definitely be booking here again in the future. Cheers!"

"The property was great! It is close to good restaurants and walking along the canal. I had difficulties opening the door and the owners were quite helpful. It is important to read the information in the link provided about the property. Currently, there is construction across the street so it was quite noisy. I would stay again!"

It was very well set up with every piece of equipment that you would need for a long stay if you wanted to cook for yourself which we took advantage off for the whole week we were there. "The apartment was nice, good location, bigger than expected, and the building has many amenities like gym, pool, grills, lounge that are very good. But the apartment was extremely dirty, all of it, kitchen, carpet, night table, closet, sheets, Flor, etc There was no toilet paper when I got there, one, one of the 2 towels was soaked, no shampoo or soap. I think is the worst experience that I've ever had staying at an apartment."

"It was clean and convenient..... but it was advertised, and we PAID for king size beds.... the beds were almost as small as twin beds, so that was a huge misrepresentation on their part. If the beds had been as advertised, we would stay regularly, but that ruined it for us. "

"The apts need to be renovated. Cupboard doors are missing in units, smell of sewage as the traps and lines need flushed, bathroom spouts are corroded with line and won’t correctly operate. The units are clean but in disrepair."

"My stay was good. My room was clean and recently renovate. Overall the stay was okay. We didn’t get free breakfast because of the renovation but that’s fine my main issue was my first night, my tv wasn’t working. I went downstairs to tell staff but she didn’t do anything I told staff again next day and she fix it no problem, don’t understand why I couldn’t get it fixed first day."
