"Owner was great with communication. Very nice home, many small details that make a huge difference in your rental. It was not clean. Food in refrigerator & freezer. We purchased mop and cleaning supplies to clean before we brought our luggage inside. These issues are easily fixed. I would not stay there again. But it is a very nice home, just needs some TLC. "

"Check-in process was terrible. Took 3 different combinations before we got entry. Could have had a few more bowls, pots, pans and wine glasses in the kitchen. Master Bedroom did not have a nightstand/light. After stripping the bed sheets the mattress pads obviously needed to be washed."

"We had a fantastic weekend at this 5 Star Texarkana Townhouse!! They checked on us regularly and were quick to respond to any requests. The townhome is stunning, perfectly located in downtown. It’s spacious enough for two couples, with both levels equally beautiful. The ambiance is peaceful, making it an excellent spot for relaxation. Highly recommend!"

"Raul introduced himself to me right away and gave me his contact info in case we needed anything during our stay. Our Techs checked in and (as it was freezing winter in TX at the time) They requested additional space heaters. I contacted Raul and he was out to the property that day to take care of our requests. Our group was very happy with Raul and his quick and helpful response. The house was perfect for our group of 5 who required individual bedrooms and bathrooms. I can see this property...

"Property was nice and clean. Kitchen was fine. TV had a lot of channels to pick from. Location was good. Several stores just a few minutes away. My two critiques are the smell of cigarette smoke. It is not heavy, and you get used to it fairly quickly, but it is noticeable. The other is the electrical plugs in the bathrooms do not work."
