Die Buchung sowie alles was mit dieser Reise zu tun hatte wurde schnell, (pro-)aktiv und hilfreich von der Vermieterin erledigt. Das Haus und die Gartenanlage sind in einem sehr gutem Zustand. Wir haben mit Kindern (insgesamt also 7 Erwachsene) eine sehr schöne Zeit bei genügend Platz (!) in einem sehr gut ausgestattetem Haushalt verbracht. Das Ferienhaus können wir ohne zu zögern Familien und Freunden empfehlen. Wir selbst werden auch gerne dort wieder Urlaub machen.

Die Kommunikation vor der Buchung sowie vor und während der Anreise waren schnell, hilfreich und präzise. Haus und Garten sind genau wie beschrieben. Wir, Ehepaar mit Hund, machen seit Jahren Urlaub in Ferienhäusern. Wir haben noch nie ein so voll ausgestattetes Haus gehabt, drinnen wie draußen. Wenn wir mal Lust auf Fernsehen hatten, konnten wir sogar unser Netflix-Konto über den Smart-TV nutzen oder auch dem Saugroboter bei der Arbeit zuschauen. Für Wanderer, Spaziergänger und Fahrradfahrer ist die Gegend ein Traum. Umfassende und aktuelle Landkarten mit Wegbeschreibungen für Wanderungen in der Region waren vor Ort. Die Bäckerei ist 300m entfernt. Für alle anderen Einkäufe muss man fahren, in der näheren Umgebung gibt es aber eine große Auswahl an Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Autofahrten zu Sehenswürdigkeiten oder Wanderungen muss man zwar auch einkalkulieren, aber es gibt sehr viel zu sehen und zu entdecken (Crozon, Quimper, Concarneau, Pont-Aven, Pointe du Raz, …). Mein Fahrrad inkl. Ausrüstung stand in der Garage trocken und sicher. Das Haus liegt in einem Neubauviertel am Ortsrand, gut zu erreichen und sehr ruhig. Von der Terrasse blickt man auf eine Pferdeweide mit zwei Schimmeln. Für Hundehalter, die zum ersten Mal in die Gegend fahren: Wie in den meisten Regionen Frankreichs ist auch in der Bretagne der Zugang zum Strand für Hunde in den Sommermonaten in der Regel nicht erlaubt. Das Ferienhaus würden wir ohne zu zögern Familie und Freunden empfehlen und auch selbst dort noch einmal Urlaub machen.

Das Haus entspricht 100% den Fotos und ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt mit Hund dort sehr genossen. Das Grundstück ist in einem Neubaugebiet und der Garten ist nach hinten gelegen, an einem Privatweg, sodass man sich ungestört im gut eingezäunten Garten aufhalten kann. Die Lage ist perfekt für Spaziergänge. Man hat viele Möglichkeiten, um durchs Marschland ans Meer zu kommen. Eine Bäckerei ist in Fußnähe erreichbar. Im Haus liegt gut überschaubar viel Informationsmaterial für Aktivitäten bereit. Die Vermieterin hat auf alle Anfragen prompt reagiert. Wir würden sofort wieder einen Urlaub dort verbringen.
