Neo-Breton house located in a quiet residential dead end with several parking spaces. A stone's throw from the sailing school and 400 meters from the sea.

Description of the house:

Basement: washing machine, washing machine, garden furniture and deckchairs, barbecue and storage space for bulky bikes, roof box, fishing or sailing equipment, beach items, etc.

Ground floor: entrance, bathroom (sink, shower and bath), separate WC, living room with a stone fireplace (insert), fitted kitchen with dining area and a veranda (other dining room) very bright and open on the garden and a stone terrace.

Upstairs: bathroom (sink + shower) with WC and 3 bedrooms. Two of them have a double bed. The third is made up of a double bed and two single beds. A baby cot and a high chair are available.

Wifi and televisions (veranda and living room)

This comfortable and functional family holiday home is ideal for relaxing and having a good time. Its geographical location allows you to enjoy the sea and a pleasant environment, with easy access to hiking and coastal walks.
On the beach you will find restaurants, crêperie and bars. In Fouesnant (located 2km from the house), you will have all the shops and services.

Magnifique séjour

Nous avons passé trois semaines en famille (couple, deux adolescents, mamie, grand oncle) inoubliables dans cette magnifique maison. Très bien située pour toutes les activités, commerces et village en 15 min à pieds, dans un lotissement très calme, avec des voisins adorables. La propriétaire est aux petits soins et la maison possède tout le nécessaire. Nous y reviendrons sans hésiter. Merci encore.

Grande maison familiale

Grande maison familiale avec tout le confort. Tout près du centre nautique et de la plage. Maison et jardin bien entretenus. Procédure d'accueil sans contact.

Séjour parfait

Maison très propre, grande et très bien équipée. Draps, serviettes, et produits de bases fournis. Idéalement située par rapport à la plage et l'école de voile. Beau jardin très bien entretenu et au calme. Accueil chaleureux et la personne qui nous avait accueillie est même revenue voir le lendemain si tout se passait bien. Bref, nous recommandons cette maison. Une famille parisienne de 4 personnes.
