"The hotel is very well placed just on the edge of the city centre. It’s a relatively short walk from the railway station and there are plenty of cafés and restaurants within easy walking distance. Across the road is a park which will take you down to the river with cycleways and walks out into the countryside or along the river beside the old town. The room was comfortable and the bathroom and separate toilet were modern and well equipped."

"The staff are brilliant (especially monsieur parfait :-) ) they are all proud and invested in the success of the place , you get a real team vibe abou it . I have stayed here twice in one month now and both times was made to feel soooooo welcome, the first time was as a solo traveler in the pouring rain when as a late arrival I was given a hot meal and a warm welcome, the second time was with a colleague when we ventured out to the nearby excellent restaurant, after enjoying a drink in the hotel bar The hotel is newly renovated and superbly clean, it’s in a quiet location but not far from the highway. It should not be classified a two star hotel, it should be a three star , which it definitely will be as soon as the classification board see the renovations etc, (the hotel is currently awaiting reclassification) all the staff are super friendly and helpful. The pool area , although not open when I stayed due to the season, looks lovely, the breakfast was simple but good and good value for money. Overall the hotel is not pretentious, but wecoming , clean and comfortable, I will definitely be back and will be recommending to my colleagues , it will be our go to place when we are passing through to the south of France and italy / Spain or working in Dijon "

"A delightful one-night stop en route to the Alps. The place is a short drive from the A31 through the countryside and we were lucky to enjoy delicious dinner from the visiting pizza truck. A good atmosphere with locals coming to enjoy a few beers in the cellar. The loft room had more than enough space for our family of 4 plus dog, the beds were comfy and the breakfast was just what we needed before hitting the road again. "

"A very quiet, cosy property that is ideal for a relaxed and peaceful area of France that is like no other. Many pleasant rural walks, and unspoilt small towns where the Jura identity shines through. Warm autumn weather gave us plenty of opportunity for walking, watching the raptors, relaxing, several BBQs ... and regular visits the extremely friendly dog. A good appetite is essential ..... Local produce, Morteau sausage, Cheeses from the region and the almost exclusive presence of Jura wines make meals eaten at home or in restaurants a truly Jura pleasure. We felt very relaxed ... and departed a little heavier than when we arrived! David and Leigh"
