"Emergenza incendi in Sicilia. Comunichiamo a Expedia e al titolare che non possiamo andare, chiedendo il rimborso o almeno lo spostamento della prenotazione. Ci viene negata. La prenotazione era in modalità non rimborsabile, dunque era legittima facoltà del titolare tenersi i soldi già incassati e respingere la richiesta. Ma in tanti anni che viaggio in giro per la Sicilia e per il mondo non mi era MAI capitato un gestore che a fronte di una grave emergenza non venisse incontro al cliente....

"Very high standard on the rooms, exceeds price and star rating. Very good location close to the nice public sand beach, as well as the beach walk with lots of restaurant. Very friendly service by the owner and an extra plus to the cleaner who was very nice and flexible. Highly recommended!"

Ma se la struttura è chiusa perché non segnalarlo e mettere in affitto quella disponibile così il cliente decide se può andare bene o no. Viene da pensare che l’altra struttura non sia all’altezza della precedente."
