Chris's place was close to home and school where we enrolled our daughter. Home was competitively priced with discounts for longer stays, which was a definite plus.House was exceptionally clean, and included great entertainment options like premium TV service and fast internet access. Across the street from what seemed like a brand new community pool that was also great–spent a whole day there. Location is close to beach and everything you want. Perfect spot as a base to explore everything the area has to offer."
