"Stayed for 3 nights in early June. Alan was there to welcome us and tell us everything about the property and the area. He and Laura are amazing hosts! Extremely knowledgeable and generous with that knowledge. The accommodations were clean, comfortable, and spacious. Serene and quiet but just a short drive to downtown Inverness. Can’t recommend Glasphein Annex enough. If you’re thinking about coming to this part of Scotland, there’s no better place to stay!"

"RENTER BEWARE! I stayed at this property May of 2024. The Host lists his properties on multiple sites so he will often double book. He double booked and asked to switch me to one of his other properties which I agreed to. Once I arrived it was clear it hadn’t been cleaned since the previous guests. Towels on the floor, dirty linens, food spoiling, trash about. I contacted him and he didn’t respond, I had to spend an entire night of my trip shopping for fresh linens and laundering the towels,...

"Apartment does have a washer but not a dryer, this was the main reason we booked it. It has 2 beds but sleeping 5 is a stretch unless someone is sleeping on a sofa. The location is right in the middle of town which is great but the bar right across the street is open until 1 am so there is a lot of noise at night."

"There seems to be improvements to what I have seen in other reviews. There are some very rowdy neighbors on the pub next to this place, avoid if light sleeper. Mattress is pretty hard, again, avoid if this bothers you. Robert was nice enough to let us store our bags for a few hours so we could go on a tour. It was an adequate experience."
