"Check in was fast and very easy. We were met at the lodge door with directions to our cabin and were quickly on our way. The cabin was very clean and cozy. It is spartan, no soap or shampoo in the shower. No hair dryer. So bring everything that you need for your stay. The owner was very friendly."

"Best sleep of my life and amazing location. If you are wanting an off the grid experience, this is everything you could ever want. Loved reading on the porch watching the birds and the family of deer eating berries 20 feet away. Flat bottoms has the best smash burger I’ve ever had and getting a gate reservation to the west glacier gate was a piece of cake. Owners were communicative and it was just a great experience across the board. "

" ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A True Montana Gem My husband and I stayed at Clydesdale Outpost for our birthday, and it was outstanding from start to finish. The cabins are beautiful, spotless, and stocked with everything you need. The property is stunning, with tranquil Clydesdale horses right outside your door and incredible views in every direction. The cedar hot tubs are the perfect way to relax after a day of exploring. The staff are friendly, go above and beyond, and even left us handwritten birthday notes in our room. It’s a short drive to downtown Whitefish and makes an ideal base for visiting Glacier National Park. A perfect combination of comfort, scenery, and service—highly recommend."

"Gary is absolutely wonderful! His local knowledge and kindness made an already incredible vacation even better!! Our kids even asked "when can we go back to visit Gary's cabin?" The cabins were very clean and incredibly comfortable. Fans near the beds were helpful to pull in the cool night air. We walked the property to the scenic benches a few times a day - sunrise and sunset can't be beat!!! Thank you for having us! We hope to come back soon! "
