"We came here to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary. We were so touched that they had put a chilled bottle of prosecco in our room. The beds are firm but everything is super clean. Staff really welcomed us and ensured we had a lovely stay. The beach is across a busy road but there is a crosswalk nearby which is super convenient. The breakfast was perfectly adequate. "

"I don’t understand why but as a platinum member I never get upgrade. After I asked for it the hotel staff shoes me my reservation from Expedia where it wasn’t even mentioned I think you have to remove this benefit cause it’s never available!!! Super small room , cheap furniture, very low bad and dated mattress.and on top that cold bathroom. I turned on the water heater but it doesn’t work . Poor breakfast. It’s far from the beach you would need a car to go around "
