Hotel sympa. Pas très luxueux mais suffisant.

Séjour d'une semaine agréable en couple dans cet hôtel à proximité de la plage avec une belle vue du 20eme étage sur la ville et les plages. Petit déjeuner bien garnit disponible sur place mais en supplément avec une réservation expédia. Piscine plus petite que ne le laisse penser les images. Personnel très agréable mais ne parle pas d'autre langues !

Bom hotel

A recepção e as condições gerais são boas, mas precisa aperfeiçoar em alguns detalhes, as cortinas do quarto não escurecem totalmente o ambiente, as torneiras dos apartamentos vizinhos ao meu faziam um assovio quando eram utilizadas, os equipamentos da academia eram muito antigos e estavam com alguns barulhos a brinquedoteca para crianças dividia espaço com o bar e a piscina era bem pequena, as tripulações das empresas aéreas que ficam no hotel poderiam ficar separadas dos demais hospedes pois entram e saem do hotel com bagagens fazendo barulho durante toda noite. Mas em termos gerais tinha uma boa limpeza, excelente equipe de atendimento, rapidez no check in e no check out, bem localizado em relação a praia e ainda tinha uma boa churrascaria na rua que fica atrás do hotel, sem falar que fica na parte central da cidade que dá acesso a tudo .

Já tive experiências melhores em Fortaleza.

Fiz reserva para 4 pessoas, dois adultos e duas crianças, como de costume para uma família de quatro pessoas, no entanto, ao entrar no quarto, só haviam duas camas, uma de casal e a outra de solteiro. Nas duas primeiras noites, tive que dormir com minha esposa e meu filho de 8 anos, enquanto que minha filha de 12 dormia na cama de solteiro. Reclamei no mesmo dia da chegada, mas, somente no terceiro dia reconheceram a falha e nos retiraram de um quarto para o outro com três camas, sendo duas de solteiro. A expedia tem anunciado quartos em hotéis com configuração de acomodação para 4 pessoas, mas, chegando no hotel, a confirmação é de apenas uma cama de casal e outra de solteiro. A expedia precisa rever esta prática, pois, está em desalinho com as políticas de acomodação de alguns hotéis. Foi isso que ouvi na governança do Novotel. Quem paga o pato é sempre o hóspede que sai para curtir férias em família e acaba se estressando. Dificilmente, voltarei a reservar com a Expedia. Nunca tive problemas com outras empresas.

Leuk hotel

Novotel is een goed hotel. Ik heb voornamelijk gemerkt dat daar een business hotel is ipv toeristisch. Over het personeel ben ik super tevreden. Ontbijt is niet echt gevarieerd, er is veel opties maar als je daar twee weken gaat blijven dan wil je ook eens andere fruit en sappen zien. Zwembad is maar 1.10 meter diep. Ik zou het wel adviseren.
