"Achei o hotel péssimo, o quarto parece que cheirava mal, os corredores parece que n eram limpos e sem falar que você subia e descia e não chegava no quarto. Até que a atendente que fez o check- in era simpática, mas o o atendente que fez o check-out , nem um pouco simpático , pouco grosseiroo. Acho que quando se trabalha com público , a pessoa tem ser mais simpático, comunicativo e mostrar para o cliente a receptividade do hotel. E Outro ponto , que foi péssimo, que tive q esperar o cara subir...

"The Amuarama Hotel is spacious with live greenery everywhere, a nice pool, a large rotating staff always ready to help (English not strong though). The front desk does not make change even from a 50 real note ($10), and the local ATMs need a Brazilian id to get money out, even the "24 hour" system which is supposed to be international.
