Foi uma experiência simplesmente incrível! O ambiente é acolhedor e muito bem decorado, proporcionando uma sensação de conforto. Um dos destaques da minha estadia foi, sem dúvida, o café da manhã. A variedade de opções e a qualidade dos alimentos foram impressionantes! Adorei cada detalhe, e a presença da robozinha de gatinho servindo os hóspedes adicionou um toque super divertido e fofo à experiência. Hotel bom, mas serviços deficientes

Hotel novo, localização OK (À noite, o cenário muda), infraestrutura geral satisfatória, mas serviços deficientes (Restaurante indisponível no feriado, falta de reposição de vários itens no café da manhã, frigobar apenas com água). O quarto é minúsculo e a manutenção deficiente (Vazamento do box e, principalmente, a presença de formigas).

Minha segunda vez em Fortaleza, e optei por testar o Ecco Hotel (na anterior fiquei no Ibis Budget). Logo no check-in tivemos problema: o ar-condicionado do quarto reservado (Double Room Superior) não funcionava. Fomos realocados para um quarto inferior, com camas de solteiro. O ar do novo quarto era fraco, o que parece ser padrão no hotel. Após reclamação, no dia seguinte fomos colocados na categoria correta. Os quartos são pequenos, menores que os do Ibis, mas a cama é excelente, muito confortável. Em contrapartida, a roupa de cama é simples: não há edredom e, ao pedir um lençol extra, recebemos apenas uma manta. A TV Smart é ótima e o frigobar tem opções, mas os preços são altos (uma água de 330ml por R$ 7,00). O café da manhã é excelente! Bolo confeitado, salgados, frutas — tudo delicioso. Porém, são poucas mesas, e pode ser necessário esperar por lugar. Os funcionários são educados e atenciosos, em especial a colaboradora Eduarda, muito gentil. A localização é boa e segura, e o atendimento foi um ponto forte. No geral, é um hotel com potencial, mas que ainda precisa melhorar alguns aspectos. Não tenho certeza se voltaria.

Deveria ter um aviso que nao é um quarto, é uma caixa. Se vc é claustrofóbico, fuja. Acredito que tenha sido feito aos moldes das cabines localizadas em aeroportos. É limpo, porem sem acabamentos. Nao recomendo para familias, hoteis com preço similar terao quartos bem melhores. O mais agradavel é um robozinho que auxilia no cafe da manha e no check in. Nao recomendo a nao ser que vc nao tenha outra opção.
