Dog barking in adjacent apartment and very load road noise particularly at night. Cable tv did not work in the lounge room and remote control did not work in the bedroom so could not watch tv, very clean and nice pool though…

Minha estadia foi excelente. O quarto estava muito limpo, organizado e confortável. O chuveiro é um dos pontos altos: excelente pressão de água, funcionando perfeitamente nas temperaturas quente, morna e fria. O check-in foi rápido e sem burocracia, e o atendimento foi excepcional, sempre ágil, prestativo e oferecendo todo o suporte necessário. A localização também é excelente, facilitando o acesso a tudo. Em resumo, estava tudo perfeito. Recomendo este lugar com total confiança!

Tivemos alguns problemas com alguns itens do apartamento. Como a televisão : só funcionou por 1 semana e depois não funcionou mais . O ar-condicionado de um dos quartos estava com o dreno entupido ou outro motivo . Não sei . Então o quarto pequenos ficava com água no piso . E tive um Problema antes de entrar com a equipe responsável que não parava de me cobrar os valores de energia e pagamento de taxa de entrada antes da minha chegada . Meu voo chegava às 23:55 e até chegar no flat seria após meia noite . E ficaram me cobrando direto até o ponto de me aborrecer . Nunca passei por aquele tipo de tratamento. Eu pedi para fazer os pagamentos extras no outro dia de manhã a mas não aceitaram . Me cobraram tanto que perdi a paciência . E aí a pessoa veio ameaçar que iria cancelar a minha reserva que estava já paga e o caução que também paguei antecipado . Falou que eu procurasse o hotel Gran marquise

A localização acaba compensado o resto.

Achei tudo meio confuso. Letras pequenas no Hoteis.com falando sobre a caução. Recebo um recibo da Expedia, sendo q eu fiz reserva pelo Hoteis.com. tentei contato várias vezes por e-mail e telefone. Simplesmente, nenhum retorno. A taxa seria cobrada no momento do check in. Recebi uma msg me cobrando antes. Caução cobrada no pix. Com tanto golpe na praça, achei muito estranho. Só paguei qdo estava na porta e, mesmo assim, com medo. Viajei no escuro e com apreensão.

Nette accommodatie, duidelijk ingericht op zelfredzaamheid. Moest na een week om schoon beddengoed en handdoeken vragen. Zaten kennelijk niet in het pakket maar werden als Sevice wel gebracht.
