Explore North Richland Hills from this charming and enchantingly designed with gathering in mind. With a sweet design and thoughtful amenities, The NRH Retreat is the ideal stay for a true North Richland Hills experience.

This peaceful oasis is quick to the airport, a short jaunt to Grapevine, Fort Worth, and Dallas downtown area, and walkable to the local Smithfield TexRail Station. Enjoy the complimentary snacks.

Our 3/2 cozy cottage, in a well sought after NRH neighborhood.
Each room has a Nectar or the like mattress. The living has a premium Laz-E-Boy Sleeper Sofa that can provide some surprisingly comfortable slumber!

Stocked Kitchen: A fully equipped kitchen with essential appliances, cookware, and utensils, making meal preparation convenient and enjoyable.

Outdoor table: A relaxing outdoor space where you can unwind, entertain guests, and enjoy the pleasant Texas weather.

Smart TV: HD smart televisions for entertainment in each room, streaming movies, shows, and sports events.

High-Speed Internet: Stay connected with fast and reliable internet access for work, entertainment, and communication.

Air Conditioning and Heating: Central air conditioning and heating to ensure comfort throughout the year, regardless of the weather.

Washer and Dryer: Washer and Dryer are located inside for added comfort.

Parking: Free 2-4 car driveway and on-street parking is always available.

Modern Appliances: Up-to-date appliances such as a dishwasher, microwave, air fryer, oven, and refrigerator to simplify household chores.

Outdoor Space: ½ acre lot with a beautiful 6 person outdoor table.

On the day of your arrival, we send the key pad information to make coming and going easy. Please park in the driveway or on the street.

What is the parking situation?
Guests park in the driveway and on the street. There is parking for a 2-4 (4 smaller vehicles or 2 larger) cars in the driveway and 1 in front of the house along the street.

Is the house a stand-alone home?
Yes. The house is a single home. Guests enter from the front door and have a private unfenced backyard.

Is the space wheelchair friendly?
There is one step up to the front door. The entire house is one level, but the doorways are not too wide.

How do I check in?
The day of your arrival, we send the details for your check in: address, door code, wifi info. You will be able to come and go using a code. Your personal code is activated at 3 pm, so if you request an early check in the code may not work. Just remind us!

Can I extend a stay?
To extend a stay, you can request through the app or message us. We will check the calendar then send confirmation with the new payout.

Are pets allowed?
Yes! To provide the cleanest home possible the home is 100% hard wood floors and the few rugs within the home are washable and are laundered between guest. Kennel provided upon request.

Are there extra pillows?
All three queen beds will have four sleeping pillows. We leave plenty of extra blankets as well.


Are extra guests allowed?
If you have a few (2-3) friends pop over, this is not an issues. If you have extra guests sleeping over or more than five guests for an event, please ask and we can asses:)

Is smoking allowed outside?
Yes, you are welcome to smoke outside the space. Please pick up cigarette butts. Smoking inside the home would result in a 250.00 fee for cleaning and possible blocking nights for other guests.

Could we leave our luggage?
We are able to store luggage in the space for two hours before or after check in. Let us know so our cleaners are not surprised.

Are a washer and dryer available?
Yes. The washer/dryer inside the home.

What is a MUST do in Dallas-Fort Worth?
Of course everyone enjoys the AT&T stadium, Nascar, and Six Flags but we love The Dallas Arboretum (especially in spring and fall), the Stockyards, and other outdoor activities like Clyde Warren Park.

Christmas Getaway!

Our family met here for Christmas and had a wonderful time! The host was very responsive about questions we had leading up to our stay, they had the house nicely decorated for the holidays, and check-out was a breeze! The location was great with lots of playgrounds near by, which was great for our toddler! We would definitely stay here again!

We had a great stay! The house was very clean and had everything we needed. We had a touch of trouble with the AC, but the host was incredibly responsive and had the problem fixed in no time. Super nice hosts who wanted us to enjoy our stay to the fullest!

Awesome experience

House was comfortable and welcoming. The host left snacks for the kids, and we loved just sitting around the coffee table and getting to spend time playing board games as a family. It was a great location for everything we wanted to to do, and close to plenty of stores and restaurants. Great for a relaxing vacation!!!

Warm and welcoming home

We loved our time in Texas even more because of this welcoming home and Katie's gracious hospitality. We were in town for a wedding and stayed three nights. Each bedroom was comfortable, the kitchen was stocked with coffee and snacks. The big backyard made for peaceful mornings. We'd love to come back!

Family Times in TX

The location was perfect to our families homes, allowing easy commute back & forth. Visit to Daughter and Grandsons!
