A kind reminder that we do not allow large parties, ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING in the house or garage, or having more than 5 people overnight. If you need to accommodate additional people, we allow up to 8 with prior approval and a signed agreement. We ask that you do NOT use the fireplace without prior approval and an additional fee agreement. ($125 billed to you after your stay through VRBO) There are not fireplace tools or safe disposal bins on the premises. These will be provided after an agreement is made/signed) Other supplies like wood and fire starters are available for purchase.
