"Staff were very welcoming when I arrived. My room was on the second floor with a nice window looking out over the loch. The room itself was comfortable and warm once I'd figured out how to work the electric heater and the bed was comfortable.
In-room facilities were good, with a kettle, a plentiful supply of instant coffee, hot-chocolate and teas and two packs of biscuits. In the bathroom, there were sealed tubes of body wash and shampoo which were a good touch.
Overall, the bedroom was clean...
