"This was such a welcome stay in Haines. Everything so clean, the staff was so helpful, even let us check in an hour early as we’ve had a very long travel day that had started at four in the morning, spotlessly clean, laundry facilities, and even a laundry basket in our room to use. The kitchenette was well stocked.. Very comfortable mattresses, high-quality linens, and centrally located in Haines to walk around. Would definitely stay here again."

"My experience at the hotel was wonderful. The service was very good, and the quality of everything was excellent. Our room was nice, beautiful, and comfortable, with a beautiful view. "This little cottage was exactly what I needed after a long trip. The beds were super comfy and it had everything one would need and a beautiful view of the mountains and water to boot!"

"This property was just as described and a pleasure to stay at even with the restaurant right next door. There were a few water pressure problems when there was consumption in other areas of the building but minor. The TV in our suite did not have the proper control so we had no volume control. Miki changed out the Roku with a Fire stick and luckily we had experience operating it. The only other issue we had was with the toaster which we had to hold down full time until the toast was done. All in all all a great place to stay."
