This platinum rated third floor gulf-front condo with an unbelievable gulf view is simply gorgeous! Unit 313 is located 3 floors above the beautiful seascape of the ocean, beach, and natural dunes. You will also have a view of the magnificent pool area from your balcony. This condo is furnished with a queen-size bed in one bedroom, a convenient pullout sleeper sofa in the living area and 2 hall bunks. Two tastefully decorated full bathrooms, washer and dryer, and a well-equipped kitchen with exquisite granite countertops add to the comfort of your home away from home.

Step out onto your own private balcony and watch the dolphins play, enjoy a quick workout in the complex's centrally located exercise room, lounge around the largest gulf-front pool in the area or take a one minute walk to the white sandy beach of Fort Walton.

Perfect location

This is the fourth year we have stayed in this condo and we will be booking again. The location is perfect. The third floor gives easy access to the walkway and elevators. The balcony is perfect for watching dolphin. And Waters Edge is so convenient to everything!

Very nice place to stay with great views. Excellent, customer service. We left a couple of items upon checkout by mistake. Customer service went out of there way to make sure we were able to get those items back….Very refreshing to have people be so helpful and nice. Sunset Resort Rentals are top not in my book!!!!

Awesome Trip - Great Experience - Fabulous Complex

Had a great time - headed back again for our third stay. This complex is GREAT. Pool is the best, covered parking to protect your car from the heat and other unpredictable events, beach service and clean. Everything has always been top notch and never a hiccup. I would highly recommend this unit, complex and company if you are looking for a relaxing and memorable vacation. Great for anyone!!

Great view & extremely convenient

The property was just as advertised. The view was great, the location was perfect. It was a very short walk to the stairs & elevator to get down to the walkway top the beach. Chair service was a big plus, just get there early to claim your spot. It was very nice to have covered parking and luggage carts were a big plus. We would definitely stay here again. Everything you need & the price is hard to beat in the area.

AMAZING STAY!!

The property is beautiful just like the listing shows! The view, the pool, and the beach was so beautiful!! The condo was equipped and fully stocked with every thing we needed!!! The host/property manager assisted me with any questions I had!! I could walk directly from the parking deck to the front door of the condo which was lovely!! This will always be my place of choice for Destin/Fort Walton area!

Great time at the beach - have been coming for many years. Loved having the beach chairs available every day. Attendant was very accommodating. King bed was nice but pad topper was not needed. Main bedroom shower needs some updating. Loved seeing the dolphins every day. Fun sitting on the beach with some ladies we met there a couple years ago.

Amazing!!

Waters edge is amazing! This was our second time to stay there and we loved every minute of it. Unit 313 was awesome. It had everything that we needed for a wonderful vacation! The kitchen was well-stocked with everything that we needed and the condo was very comfortable! We had One small issue with a toilet that would not stop running so we called and reported it and maintenance was up there in no time to fix it. We had an amazing experience there! And the view is breathtaking!

Ft Walton Beach Fall 2024

Had a wonderful time with family and got to meet some new friends. Condo was pretty good. The floors were a little dirty. refrigerator froze up, but we unplugged it and the repair man came in. It was fixed the next day had a problem with the sink draining correctly and that was on a Sunday and the repair man came Monday and fixed it. Very nice guy and very proficient at his job, I can say the staff at the rental company was very helpful with the repairs. View from condo is beautiful of the pool and the beach. beach chairs were very nice to have with the umbrella included . Would probably rent a larger condo for our family next time.

Week before Memorial Day

It was a wonderful week with perfect weather every day! The condo definitely needs some updating. The bed was very uncomfortable and way too big for the room. The coffee pot was old and took forever to brew. The choice of the glass table top coffee table is almost dangerous. It is way too big for the room and where it is placed. Sunset Resort Rentals is really easy to deal with and everyone we talked with was very nice.

Last week in summer

overall the condo was perfect , the pool was awsome and the beach was perfect. However the bed was aweful. Very soft and just seemed old. I woke up every day with a sore back. I suggest a new mattress or we will not be back to that unit.

Great condo, amazing view, perfect location!

This condo is just right!! It’s clean with all the rental necessities. The view is amazing. The rental company is extremely responsive. The location is perfect giving super easy beach or pool access to flex with the fam and the weather. Pool doesn’t have shade but is very big with kiddie section so very comfortable and convenient overall. Local restaurants were great. Minutes to the Gulf Island Nature park for a whole new beach experience. Definitely will return to 313! Traveled with teen and two under 10. Everyone was happy :)

The place was great. The workers were not friendly. Maintenance just said they didn’t know and acted like they did not have time for questions. The chair attendant at the beach was also very rude. We stayed our group of 15 there for not only the location but knowing we had beach service. This was the least pleasant part of the trip. We wanted to spend time at the ocean and every time we asked for chairs all he would say is it is$48.00 a day. Chair device was to be included. I have cancer so it was hard to enjoy the ocean

Beautiful view....terrible bed!

We had a wonderful time and pretty decent weather in Ft. Walton Beach. The condo was in a great location and the property itself was very well maintained. We really loved the fact that the condo came with beach service (the guys setting up the chairs were great) but you better get down there early and stake out your chairs because a lot of them were reserved for condo owners and guests. The condo was nice and was stocked well but needed some updating desperately. The living room and dining room furniture has seen better days and could definitely use a good cleaning and/or replaced!!! The living room furniture was not at all comfortable but the absolute worst was the bed! It was awful!!! I should have taken the previous reviews to heart that mentioned this but thought that from those reviews it would have been replaced....it was not! My husband slept on the sofa and I on the bunk. The price was great....but not worth the restless, sleepless nights.

Ruined my vacation

Was never told AC guys were arriving and we had to stay in condo until work was complete. Took all day. And that was the only day of the seven days the the beach was open to swim.

Water's Edge Condo 313

We love Water's Edge and have rented Condo 313 twice a year for several years. We currently have two more reservations for this condo on the books. My one negative is that the rugs need to be cleaned, rotated periodically or trashed altogether.
