Sitting in the heart of Okaloosa Island, this bright condo is in a great location to check out everything from the pristine beaches to the city activities nearby! When you want a change of scenery, head over to Okaloosa Island Fishing Pier just over a mile away and you will be greeted by a plethora of restaurants, endless sand, and crashing waves. For a bit of amusement for the whole family, make your way to Wild Willy's Adventure Zone or Gulfarium Marine Adventure Park. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Island Princess was a great spot right on the beach. We really enjoyed our stay. The room was open and roomy. The furniture was comfy and nice. The fridge had filtered water. There was a game closet full of all kinds of games, it also included beach items like boogie boards and pool noodles. They had everything covered that you need for a trip to the beach. The beach chairs and umbrella service for your stay is a plus. We would definitely book again.

We had a wonderful vacation in this condo! The interior was updated with comfy furniture and very clean with great ocean views and close access to the beach and pool. Plenty of parking was available and the management was quickly responsive through text when we had a question. Our family enjoyed the game closet and the kids enjoyed using the extra beach toys and boogie boards. It was also nice to have an elevator near the condo when carrying in luggage and supplies.

This unit was gorgeous and very well maintained. We had a great trip, this was for our sons 16th birthday and he had the best time! The location is very chill, great for people who want to enjoy the beach without the crowds. Beach service included with the unit was a plus! There is also a game closet with board games and beach toys, we loved the boogie boards! We were well taken care of with the vacasa team, they were in contact via text throughout the trip. I liked that! We plan to book with vacasa in the future and we definitely plan to stay in this unit again! Thanks for making this trip amazing!!

My husband and I had a wonderful time. The view was great just what I wanted! The ocean was awesome and the pool was perfect! Condo was was very comfortable and cute! Only thing they could fix is the fry pans spatulas and new toaster. It was lacking. But we still had a wonderful time! We plan on going back but I’ll bring a spatula from home👍

We stayed during an extremely cold period and really enjoyed the beautiful view, hot tub, and heated pool. Based on other reviews I read we brought a blow dryer, salt/pepper/oil, and blankets, all were needed. The shower/bath water temperature was a little low. There was absolutely nothing in terms of kitchen supplies, but we did have all the pans, pots, etc we needed for several meals. There’s also a knife block with scissors I didn’t see right away. This condo had a covered parking spot near the elevator, which was a nice plus.

We had a great time at Island Princess. There was a mix up with the pool code. The ceiling fan in the 2nd bedroom was wobbly, but I was able to secure it to the ceiling. We had an issue with the wifi password, but it was fixed the next morning. The only item that really bothered us was the lack of a big frying pan. There were 3 small omelet pans. I had to cut my bacon in half just to fry them. It was an annoyance for our family of 4 since I had to use several small pans to make a simple breakfast.

All I wanted was to drink my morning coffee and hear the waves crashing on the beach. What I got was so much more. The unit is extremely clean and well maintained. The view is perfect situated on the 3rd floor; can see miles down the beach. Sunrise and sunsets were our favorite time of day.

We stayed for 6 days in this condo and had a great time. It was very clean and offered additional amenities like fresh towels and toiletries. We loved the view from the balcony. Could have stayed there all day. But then we would have missed the beach which is right in front of the condo and very easy to access. We were surprised and happy to learn that two chairs and an umbrella at the beach were included in the price of the condo. That saved us $45 a day. The only negative thing I can say is that the bed in the master bedroom made a squeaking noise and probably needs to be replaced at some point. But it was not a big deal and we slept very well. We would book this place again any time!

Our room, 304, was great and the view is wonderful. They need tables with umbrellas on the pool deck and beach chairs to accommodate seniors, (hard to get in and out of) then i would give 5 stars.

Excellent view-location did not disappoint! We could’ve used a kitchen towel, hair dryer, wkg lamps-missing or burned out bulbs, hangers, warmer blankets, salt Nan’s pepper. Chairs and couch were worn out-one chair appeared to have a broken spring. Decor was beautiful-decorated tastefully and fun at the same time. Loved the view!
