Ok condo- great on the 1st floor. Needs maintenance done.
Rating Details:
The property manager was very helpful.
The vacation rental was very clean.
I was very happy with the location.
I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental.

The location was great! The space inside was nice. The ice maker was broken so we never had ice. Maintenance did bring us a couple bags. The big problem was this was a “handicap room” yet my handicap parents were unable to open and close the slider door along with my kids. I was also hardly able to open and close the door.We called Maintenance who attempted to clean and grease the door. This did not help. We also discovered the lock was broken so we couldn’t lock the back door. I called Maintenance again who did fix the lock and attempted to fix the slider again toMake it glide but it didn’t work. The next day we noticed a tack strip was sticking straight up in the doorway of the master. I’m sure maintenance was sick of hearing from us so we laid towels over it so nobody pierced the bottom of their foot.Water dripped off the 5th floor balcony onto our patio and soaked our belongings on our outside patio. I called toMake them aware of this problem. It continued on and off the entire week. Not sure what was dripping as it don’t appear anyone was in that condo.The workout area was nice yet one of three treadmills was “out of order”. I got on a “good one” yet the belt kept jerking when you started running. The pools and beach were very nice. The condo itself needed some basic upkeep done. I wouldn’t stay in this condo again.
