Very nice place, clean, no loud parties etc, could have used a large skillet, the stairs are a little steep, but overall a great place to stay, suprised with an ocean view from the balcony, very close to the beach, will probably stay again!!

We booked this condo for spring break decently last minute. We weren’t sure what we were expecting but it was amazing! The pictures do not do the size of the room justice. It is definitely more spacious than we thought. The beds were comfortable, we cooked a few nights and they had everything we needed. It was the perfect distance from the beach even if you forgot stuff in the room it was easy to run up and grab your things. There is a convenient store right next door that we would walk to for late night snacks. The neighbors were so nice and we would definitely come back to stay! 10/10 experience from my group of 6 friends!

We killed a huge roach that was crawling on the bedroom door. I texted a picture to management and they said they would let the local crew know and to let them know if I saw anymore. I ask what the local crew was going to do and how does that help me since I had to stay there for 3 more days. I received no response after that. They didn't offer to find another place for me to stay. I didn't even get an apology. We went out for the day and came back to find a can of roach spray sitting on the table. I didn't go on vacation to be their personal exterminator!

We stayed in 205 Tropical Isle for 45 days. 320 of those days we had no drawers to use in the bedroom dresser because the drawers fell out of the dresser and one landed on my wife's foot. I reported the dressers day 1 and we got new dressers on day 33 of our 45 day stay. Tried to cook a pizza in the oven and it took 20 minutes for the oven to preheat to 400 deg. It is electric oven but kept turning on and off. The kitchen sink faucet leaks. The freezer door on the refrigerator is glued together. The couch is too low to the ground so it is uncomfortable to sit on. All the appliances are old..microwave is 1998. The dishwasher we didn't even dare to try it is so old. The vegetable bins in the refrigerator are both broken. Needless to say, the place needs a complete overhaul. The bathroom tub/shower works but looks filthy all the time. I lost power and reported it to Vacasa and no one ever showed up to fix it. I had to find someone who might know something to give me help. Finally a nice gentleman from another apartment maintenace company showed me where the main breaker was outside the building and told mehow to reset it. Needless to say, not happy with Vacasa or the property,

The condo was clean and it is close to the beach.Vacasa was always able to help when we needed something.The only thing we didn't like was not having washer and dryer in the condo. There are some on the property though.

Really cute little place! Great customer service, everything was in place and ready to go. The staff checked on us upon arriving to made sure we checked in smoothly, and had everything we needed. My favorite part - the way the beds were positioned in the bedroom. Two queen size beds were facing each other instead of being put along each other. That was perfect for two friends traveling together, in our case - two girls getting away for a little, much needed, vacation. Thank you! NK
