Located at the very end of Okaloosa island, this 2-bedroom, 2 bath condo has a lot to offer! With a king bed in the master, queen bed in the 2nd bedroom & a pullout queen sofa with extra soft topper added, guests are sure to find comfort and relaxation here! There are 2 full bathrooms with a shower/bathtub combo, new toilets and vanities. Brand new kitchen with all new appliances, and fully equipped kitchen. This awesome property also features a living room with new furniture perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach! Enjoy your morning coffee or watch the beautiful sunsets from the large balcony that overlooks the bay! Watch the boats come and go all day! This property is situated on 13 acres with a basketball court, tennis and pickleball courts, a gulf front pool with vending machines and a seasonally heated pool right outside our building with vending and ice machine. Large workout room overlooking the pool, and separate men and women’s sauna room! Coin laundry located 3 doors down for your use. If you are traveling with a group for family reunions or weddings, there are 2 large rooms for gatherings or hosting receptions that can be rented as well!
