1 1/2 MILES TO EMERALD COAST CONVENTION CENTER. Very spacious and comfy condo, home ❤️Sunset in Paradise Sunset Cottages located on beautiful, quiet Okaloosa Island, We have 3 condos available to rent in the same condo community. 1 1/2 miles from Hwy 98 and downtown Fort Walton Beach. Also have two additional lower unit condos available for rent, contact owner for details.........6-miles from downtown Destin, Florida. Considered the 'New Destin West Beach resort area' but No streets to cross!!! Only 100 yards to the beautiful white sands of the Gulf of Mexico. Beautiful condominium with excellent floor plan. Sleeps six (6) people comfortably. This large one bedroom condominium has (2) built-in twin size bunkbeds, a large pull out sofa bed, and the master bedroom has a large California king size bed. This unit has two (2) televisions, one (1) in the living room and one (1)in the master bedroom, both equiped with DVD player as well as Internet access.  Two (2) large balconies. Full kitchen with stove, refrigerator, dishwaher. microwave (Pots, pans, dishes,silverware, blender,coffee pot, toaster, Too much to list...) Everything needed to enjoy your vacation. This unit also has a Washer / dryer located in the unit for your convience. This is a very well maintained and extremely clean unit! (Recently built in 2000) If your looking for a very clean, quiet condo for an enjoyable family get-away or a couples retreat then this is the one for you! **Check-out is10:00am **Check-in 4:00pm unless approved by cleaning and management.

Loved it!

We loved this unit. Easy access to the beach. Clean and comfortable. Loved that it was dog friendly. The area was not congested with traffic. Loved the included beach chairs. Our kiddos found so many sand dollars. Highly recommend The Crab Trap for dinner.

Fort Walton is wonderful

Our stay was wonderful. The condo is so close to the beach (loved the chairs and umbrella service!). Enjoyed the pool and atmosphere of the condos. We found everything we needed in Fort Walton Beach.

The property was exactly as advertised The size and condition of the condo was perfect, Along with the location and beach service. A nice quiet get away with perfect amenities. Could not have asked for better owners to deal with.

Great location and perfect for family stay

The property was a great find, so close to the beach and with pool access. It was the perfect amount of space for our family of 4, and we had a great time relaxing from the heat and humidity inside. Next time we’ll visit in a different month so we can take advantage of the porch areas, listening to the ocean.

Perfect for the Beach!

Such a nice condo, has everything you need for a stay at the beach. We really enjoyed being able to head up from the beach, cook and relax, then head back down to enjoy some fun in the sun.

Great little place!

The one set of bunk beds is great for this one bedroom condo. We loved our stay here here, the property is clean and feels newly remodeled. Plenty of appliances for your every need. Thank you for such a pleasant stay.

This place was fabulous. It was just as described in the listing. Stocked with many cooking supplies and some cleaning for small messes. Short walk to the beach and the pool was clean and well maintained. Will stay here again in the future,

We really enjoyed our stay here. Very close to all our favorite restaurants and the beach was a close walk. Loved that the beach chairs/umbrella were included. Being able to bring our shih tzu was a big factor in choosing this property. We will be back!

Perfect weekend getaway!

This was the perfect condo for a quick beach weekend with my family. The condo was very clean, exactly as described in the listing, and a very short walk to the beach. The beach setup was an added bonus! We were very thankful to be able to bring our fur baby along with us. We will definitely be returning to Sunset in Paradise!

Had a wonderful vacation with our family!

The condo was wonderful! Extremely clean and felt like home, we will definitely be back every year. Ron and Michelle made the booking process easy. During our stay, the coffee pot stopped working, within a few hours, a new replacement was brought to the condo. Could not have asked for a better place to stay!

Perfect, home away from home!

This was just a breath of fresh air! The home owners provided everything you need to throughly enjoy pease and quiet with all the comforts of home! Close to everything but just far enough from the crowd. Beach chairs provided made life a little easier as well! Definitely would stay here again! Loved it!

Clean, Stocked, and Comfy!

Immediately this place was welcoming and comfy due to the excellent decor. My family also greatly appreciated the fully stocked kitchen including other odds and ends (iron, blow dryer, towels, soap, air freshener) that came with this rental. The check-in process was a breeze and the property managers were very friendly and quick to reply to my questions during and after I booked this rental. The walk to the beach was incredibly close and we loved the beach service! We will be keeping this place and the property managers in mind when staying in this location again!

Fort Walton

My family had a wonderful time at Fort Walton. The condo was beautiful and extremely clean. We had everything we needed and only had to walk less than a minute to get to the beach. Our kids loved playing at the beach and then coming back to swim at the pool every day. Ron and Michelle were great to work with and were very nice throughout the entire booking and stay. Being able to bring our dog was an added bonus. We will be back to visit this same condo and beautiful beach! Thank you for a wonderful vacation!

Perfect little socially distant vacation!!

No large lobby or busy elevators! You enter the condo through the door up a short flight of stairs, and the beach is a very short walk away! The chair service was amazing and water was gorgeous. The times we vested the pool we were alone and everyone is very respectful of space when on the beach. The condo has everything you need (except maybe a cutting board). The beds were comfortable too!

Great place!

This condo is fully stocked for your stay! The walk to the beach is super short and accessible! Really nice place and very quiet yet fun atmosphere. Pool was great(not heated). The local was great! You do have to drive to restaurants and such but this place is out of all the tourists and crazy traffic. The water is beautiful and the balconies were nice to sit on in the morning ma evening. Stewby’s has great seafood. Wild Willy’s adventures was great for the kids and the boardwalk by AJ’s and Floyd’s was neat. Fireworks off the pier every Wednesday was cool to see also.

Never Long Enough

The property was very nice. We enjoyed the floor plan and ease of finding the location. Unfortunately, we had difficulty getting the door key back into the lock box. I hope you found our note; I tried to call the property manager but had no luck.
