Come learn about the secret hideaway that is Okaloosa Island! So much on the island that you don't have to leave. Avoid the traffic of Destin, crowded beaches of a high rise, and enjoy vacation the way it should be, stress free!

We provide beach service March- October. There will be 2 chairs and 1 umbrella set up for you each full day of your stay!

First floor unit where the pool is right outside your front door and only it stands between you and the beach. Aqua Villa is a four-story, 24-unit condo building directly on the beach. Amenities include a large swimming pool, elevator (only needed for laundry since this unit is a ground level), common grilling area, grass and fenced area for kids to play, poolside lounge chairs and tables with umbrellas. Because it is a smaller building, it provides a sense of intimacy with its environment of rustling palms, the scent of the gulf waters and the ever-present sound of the surf.

Conveniently located close to grocery, restaurants and shops, you won’t need to travel far for supplies or amenities while you vacation on the shore. A convenience store and post office located across the street provide for your immediate needs without even getting in your car.

There is any number of golf courses at your disposal. If you like to fish, there are several fishing charter locations for Gulf excursions, inter-coastal and fresh water fishing. Other recreational activities include kayaking, snorkeling with dolphins, parasailing, surfing, boogie boarding, body surfing, sailing, boating, mini-golf, and beachcombing, just to name a few.

We spend as much time on Okaloosa Island as we can. Depending on the type of trip you desire, we are happy to provide recommendations for your trip. Restaurants, water activities, shopping, golf.. don't hesitate to ask us!

Awesome location!

This was our first trip to Aqua Villa, but definitely NOT our last! The location just does not get any better! Only steps onto the beach! So convenient and close to shops & restaurants. We look forward to many more family vacations here in our future!

We were very happy and had a great month in the Sun! The property was just as advertised and met all of our needs. We enjoyed the beautiful beach and the other people in this building were kind, considerate and welcoming. John, the owner, was wonderful! Would not hesitate to stay here again.

Wonderful place!

We had a wonderful time & enjoyed this condo! Having the beach so close was a blessing with us having small children!! Beautiful beach! Condo was perfect for our family. Our doggie enjoyed being able to look out even though he couldn’t go to the beach. Owners super nice! Everyone we encountered was so nice too! Would definitely stay here again!

We love this place! We can't wait to stay again! It was so nice being able to get to the beach and the pool quickly with 2 little ones. I love how small this condo is because you didn't have alot of traffic on the beach or in the pool. All the staff was really friendly & the unit had everything you needed!

Can't wait for my next stay!

I can't say enough good things about this property. From the location, condition, amenities, cleanliness to the owners....all are perfect! This was my first time at this condo and within the first two days of my stay I booked my next visit! When my family and I go on vacation it's to relax and this was perfect. The only thing between the condo and the beach, is the swimming pool! Can't wait to go again. 👍

In Love with this place.

We came down the week before school started And stayed the 2nd through the 6th of August. My family loved this place. We were suprised at how big the condo was. We loved how close the pool was for our girls and that we could walk straight to the beach. Our room was filled with everything we needed to enjoy both the pool and the beach and the owners have done a fantastic job of ensuring everything you need is provided. We also loved how close we were to Destin. We will definitely make this an every year trip and look forward to going again.

Clean with an excellent view

We all had a good time at your condo. Everything was just fine. Except the furniture was very uncomfortable including the high kitchen table. I am handicapped which made it hard for me. So, a week is all I would want to stay there. I loved being on the ocean and on a good day I was able to climb the steps to view it. Also the beds were very comfortable and it was nice having WI-FI.

I’ve been staying at Aqua Villa #104 since 2011. I could not be happier. The unit is beautiful & comfortable.& any concerns are addressed immediately. There have been several upgrades since 2011 that add to the experience. The owner is the best! I highly recommend this Unit! Looking forward to next year.

My family and I have visited Aqua Villa 104 numerous times over the years but I must say that my last visit "with the girls" was FANTASTIC! Everything clicked; the size and quaint feeling of the property, the location of the unit (mere steps to the pool and just a few more to the beach....hello?!) and the location itself; just beautiful. It is not often that we get to get away without the responsibilities of our husbands / families, relax and reconnect as friends. Aqua Villa 104 was the PERFECT place for it.

Thanksgiving at the Beach

We enjoyed our first Thanksgiving at the beach with our adult children. You can't beat the location of Aqua Villa, you walk out your door and are right on the beach. The sunsets here are incredible! We walked to the Pier for lunch and drinks before making the trek back to the condo. Lots of beauty and wildlife to see: dolphins, sea turtle, rays, crabs, fish, pelicans and herons. Plenty of tasty food options near the condo, and we went to Harbor Walk Village to enjoy live music one night. The Shavers do a great job keeping up this condo! The furniture and beds were very comfortable and the kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need for cooking in. We look forward to staying here again in the future!

Amazing Condo and Great Price!

A few friends and I went down to this condo as a last minute getaway. Not only was the owner very friendly but made the check in and check out process super easy. When we got there, the condo was very clean beautifully decorated. The main living area has tile floors and the kitchen is stocked with anything you would need for the weekend. The condo was very spacious and we comfortably slept 4 people but could have easily had 2 more if we wanted. The best part about this condo was that right out your front door is the pool and entrance to the beach. Not only would I recommend this condo to others but I am making sure to make a return trip next summer and many more after that.

John was a great hostess, made sure to check in and answered questions in a timely manner. I do think the condo could use some renovations and upkeep. Ceiling tiles, vent coverings, hallway toilet seat need to be replaced. Not sure if the beach water system affects the smell of bathrooms, but I did notice a smell. The beach was beautiful and the complimentary beach chairs and umbrella were nice. The other guests were friendly.

Loved it!

The location of this condo is perfect! The owners were wonderful and made sure everything was good also. My only concern was the cleaning. It wasn’t terrible but definitely needed some improvement and I only say that because I feel like the owners should be aware. You’re paying for that service and it wasn’t great. Floors were not very clean and the bathrooms could have been better. I would most definitely stay again though.

Great location, nice property, clean room!

We really enjoyed our stay on this property. It's a bit older and you can tell renters have not been kind to it but it is very clean and kept up pretty well. The bed was comfortable, the kitchen well stocked with utensils and pans and other dishware. The Wi-Fi worked well and the water pressure was good and really what more do you need at the beach? Speaking of the beach, it is absolutely stunningly gorgeous bright white sand, turquoise water, and colorful sunsets. There is plenty to do in the area although we did find out dogs are not allowed on the beach in this community. Not a big deal, we just drove down to the dog beach near Pensacola and it was wonderful. Finally, because of covid we actually had to reschedule our trip twice and the house was extremely accommodating. We were able to get away and relax and appreciate it so much!

Lovely beach, roomy condo, excellent location,

We rented here with these VERY accommodating owners to have some family and cousins down for the sand volleyball tournament right down the beach. The condo is more spacious than photos appear, and very comfortable. The proximity of beach and pool wonderful. The rates are usually high and accommodations kind of tight in the area around tournament time, so we were thrilled to get this condo for what a hotel room would cost (aaah, 2 baths). The location was awesome, the gorgeous beach right out of the door and within a mile and a half of the courts on the beach. The bed arrangements are particularly nice allowing for both big people (hulking volleyball players) and extras (both a queen and a twin in the second bedroom). Usually you have to choose between twins or bunks or just two big beds in a 2-bdrm condo, so this was really nice. Travelling with high school and college age, I am really liking some options that don't make us share beds and don't make me rent multiple condos. Those 6'6" bodies don't fit in bunk beds or twins very well now.
