"The best of both worlds!! Ride to the hype of nearby parties and nightlife OR stay in the quiet neighborhood. Perfectly located for our trip: pool was across the street, beach was just a 5min walk, 3min cycle or 2 min golf cart ride. House was perfectly arranged to accommodate 6 teen girls and 2 adults. Will book again for next year!!"

"This house was nicely decorated and equipped, with a great fenced backyard for our dogs with a nice screened porch for the people. Clean, comfortable and located near main restaurant areas and short drive to beaches. Recommended if you are in the area."

"This is our 2nd stay in this condo. We enjoy it! It’s a great location, great that the beach chairs are included. There isn’t tons of things around for us to have to pick up (3 year old lol.) love that they have a washer if you need it!! "This neighborhood is perfect and the house is gorgeous. We’ve stayed everywhere on 30A and we definitely like this area best. It’s not as crowded but can easily take the golf carts or bikes to Seaside square. Beaches are open and no private issues. Lots of restaurants around and close to Publix."

It was really spacious and quiet, the pool was right behind us and the golf cart included made getting back and forth from the beach easy and enjoyable! We fell asleep to the sound of the waves every night. "Front desk attendant was super friendly. The room was nice overall, but the floor was very dirty. Had to wear shoes while in the room. One of the toilets also hadn’t been cleaned. There are no USB plugs, so be sure to bring adapters for anything you want to plug in. "
