"I have been coming to Seaside since 1985. I LOT has changed but it is still a great place to visit. This condo is centrally located to everything and literally steps to all the restaurants. You will not need your car until you leave. Definitely bring or rent bikes. And make sure to get out and hike in the national forrest that surrounds seaside. "We never could get the TV to work. Good thing there was a DVD player and we brought a couple of our toddler’s favorite dvd’s. Before you leave you have to strip your bed and bring all your towels and wash clothes down to the laundry room. It’s a pretty good walk to a beach which was barracuda beach. It was actually a private beach but after 5pm there’s no one there to enforce it. Other than that we drove to pompano Joe’s public access beach like 2.5 miles away. You’re RIGHT up your neighbors...

The owners did a great job on the decor, furniture, fixtures, bathroom, making the apartment a pleasure to be in. We stayed 6 nights and were amazed how comfortable the room was. "We normally stay with a family member in the same condos. The condo was sold so they were moved to a one bedroom. We booked in mid January. The room was clean. The mattress on the Murphy bed could definitely be upgraded. The bathroom was comfortable for use. Definitely needs a mat in tub so nobody slips. The water adjustment in the shower takes a little bit to fine tune. The storage is good for your personal belongings. I like this area because it is close to great shopping and awesome...
